Welcome to the largest cottage on our property, located only steps from our private sandy beach. This 2-storey cottage is ideal for large families or small groups. The second level offers a 3-piece washroom and four bedrooms.  Bedroom #1-1 double bed -  Bedroom #2 -2 single beds -  Bedroom #3- twin over double bunkbed - Bedroom #4- 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Pillows are provided on each bed.  Pillowcases and fitted bottom sheets are provided for each bed (excluding the summer season with weekly rentals). You will provide your own comforters/blankets/sleeping bags & bath towels. The main level features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with an island, a living room with a Smart TV, a 2-piece washroom, and a seasonal sunroom overlooking Halls Lake. Provided are a BBQ with propane, a picnic table, and a private fire pit with firewood (a communal fire pit is used in the winter). BBQ and Outdoor chairs are put away for the winter. Additionally, we provide hand soap and hand towels in the washrooms, dish soap, kitchen linens, salt & pepper, and coffee filters in the kitchen year-round.
